4 References Ahhhh....morning has broken with its glorious graces..
I've always been an early bird. No matter how late I sleep, somehow, my body clock is set to wake me up at the wee hours of the morning.
...today is a different kind of morning...for...my skippyheart's calm now than yesterday when my mom had her surgery to remove the cancerous mole on her back.
Upon opening my eyes, my heart whispers...
Good morning po, LORD, I can't thank You enough for the things You've done for me... But today I am extra grateful po of You watching over mom again yesterday through surgery.
I then walked over to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast...I peeked at the window blinds and it was raining...
As I watched the pitter-patter of the raindrops on the misty glass window, my mind drifted for a while...and somehow felt like singing...(*ahem*ahem*)
Umula’t bumagyo, magkasama tayo
*bow*... sorry if I'm a bit out of tune...it's 3:00 a.m. in the morning kasi nga...hehe! ;-P
Many times, when storms of life come, they don't necessarily mean dark days...as for me, rain also comes as a form of blessings and renewal. So folks, if there are dark clouds in your life right now, don't despair...hang on, and never cease to thank the LORD through all the seasons of life.
Take it to heart that...
"Like rain, the LOVE OF GOD to us is overflowing, we just have to hold our FAITH to keep it going."
Thanksgiving comes in just a few more days, but "my cup already runneth over" with graces to be thankful for...as it always goes..."I may shake; I tremble, but I relied on my faith and determination to get through the other side. Life is tough, but GOD is tougher!" :-)
