Remember...
It was about the same time last year when my Hematologist told me that I have to go through back-to-back, weekly series of Iron infusions since my blood levels was way down the gutter.
It was such a trying time for me then, both mentally and more so physically. I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but at the same time in dire need to have it done since I'm feeling so sick already. (Click on the 1st photo to read the post from last year)
Now...
fast-forward a year after...my levels are stable and better. I just take in an Iron supplement, Floravital, which is both gentle to my stomach and Gluten-free!
though my cat couldn't care less about my Iron supplement...hehe!
Add-on to Florivital Iron and Ensure, I am also pumping-up on Kirkland's complete nutrition shake. (which my cat also doesn't care for as well...hehe!)
I surely am on my way to a much energized me! I am no longer as bloodless and pale as Edward, therefore no longer need to find my own Bella...hehe! ;-p Cheers to good health!

way to go, skip. i'm glad things are getting better for you. it's about time. the iron man 3 is coming to the theaters shortly. in the meantime, avoid the airports. you may have problems with the metal detectors. :)
