I was up all night watching ANC News as heavy downpours flooded several parts of Metro Manila.  Most affected areas were Quezon City, Cainta, Pasig and Marikina--some up to chest-high water deep.

Knee and gutter-deep floods were also reported in some areas of Makati City where my relatives live.  I was on a long-distance phone call with my sister, who although was sent home early from work, took almost all night just to get home.
