The First Man In My Life. . .

Not that I had or have many...he! he! I am a one "man" woman or a one "woman" woman...he! he! joke...
Seriously though, last Tuesday, August 21st was my father's birthday which I totally I forgot...SHAME ON ME! I was so engrossed with work, I met an online friend at the airport for the first time and because of all the other stuff going on so it totally slipped my mind this year...I wasn't able to go to mass or offer a mass nor say a prayer for him...hmp really SHAME ON ME!
When I was still back home, every morning my father and I passes by the Philam Life Church to say a short prayer, then he would buy me a Chocolate M&M's afterwards before dropping me off at school ...I owe him my typing and organizational skills which I have put into good use to this day. He was the one who taught me how to use a typewriter and be organized especially with paperwork.
During his dying days...he would always tell me "My dear daughter be sure to live your life through its fullest even though I am gone...": *short paused hereI co'z I am getting teary eyed*...hay I still so miss him so much...
Dear Papa, I may have forgotten your birthday this year but
I celebrate your love and memories in my every heartbeat...
